PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by using any of the following credit or debit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON AND DELTA.
Cheques should be made payable to Zain Fashion. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared which can take up to five working days of banking. If ordering online and paying by cheque, please ensure that you send your cheque ASAP before the order has to be canceled, and a valid order no is stated on the back of the cheque.

All orders will be charged in pounds, price shows in £ Ponds are only approximate and can vary. please contact to your bank your current rates

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 4-5 working days for delivery (UK ONLY). If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.

COST: All orders will incur a £4.50 with in UK surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is.
Note: If you do not receive the order with in 4 days please inform us.

STOCK AVAILABLITY
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Zain Fashion reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.

RETURNS POLICY
Sale items will not be refunded. We do only exchange, subject to availability. During sale time, exchange will be made within sale period subject to stock availability. If an item is unsuitable it can be returned for an exchange. For an exchange good should be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn/unwashed. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer, and delivery charges will be payable again once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We cannot exchange jewelery items due to hygiene reasons. During sale time, exchange will be made within sale period subject to availability. Order is Zain Fashion's responsibility only when received. It is up to the customer to send the return using a secure and guaranteed courier service.
